In my opinion the punishment that he received is too "heavy" compare to what he did. Ibrahim ali always throws a racist remark but still happly ever after smiling until now. No one dares to take action because he is ibrahim ali.
He didn't mean to do that. The case was being exaggerated by those typical malays especially the ones who supports umno barisan nasional.
I fully understand that he has to take the responsibility after being childish towards agung permaisuri. However that doesn't mean we can simply accuse him for the matter that he didn't do at all. Like the writing that been circulated on the blogs and forum.

They copy-paste on the blog, facebook and twitter to influence other. Especially the malays. Their aim to make the malays community hate the chinese. This is obviously racist. They also said the man is from dap. How come you simply say the man is from dap by judging his action and face? Does his face has a DAP mark?
Am not trying to defend this guy. I am just playing fair. He already charged on the court. And the court already decided the punishment. He has to pay rm8,000 over his middle finger's issue. He pays the fine. He also need to serve a month jail. The facts of the cases,
1. He faced two charges.
2. First charge is showing the middle finger on his right hand at the Raja Permaisuri Agong when her car passed him near the Penang International Airport departure hall.
3. Second charge is showing a different obscene gesture (hitting his clenched left fist on his right palm) at Superintendent Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid.
4. Has to pay RM8,000 fine [paid]
5. Undergo a month prison
6. Nothing related to anti-monarchy or racist statement been issued or discussed at the court.
7. He commited that he did a mistake and says sorry.
8. His face shows a full of remorse which means he didn't mean to do such act.
We shouldn't take this thing till the end of the edge. He needs to breathe. Giving him a chance won't harm anyone.
No sign that he had saying innocently about malays and sistem beraja.. the thing that makes me devastated is some of the malays plainly believed what are the umno bloggers spreading on the blog without any effort to confirm the matter first. And simply accused the chinese wants to take over the country and eliminates the malays community because of the gesture.
They been watching too many dramas. They have too many script. I suggest them please do send your script to the appropriate agency. Writing on the blog won't help your career to expand. Please.
